Beatitudes Parish Festival

Can't you feel the excitement - these are my kids running to get to the festival.

My illustrious coworker at the "line a line" game.

Lining up to play the games.

"Why are you taking my picture?!"

This is the hero that kept us supplied with prizes.

Father Tony makes the rounds.

My better half.

Barbara heads back to the bake booth - she is dedicated!

A moment's rest to take it all in.

THIS was my favorite booth! Margaritas!

I thought you were done selling pull-tabs?

Slaving away over the grill for some of the best food around.

The Filipino booth is always one of the most popular - good stuff (I like the lumpia).

Caught eating the profits! :-)

Father Tony wants to know why I'm not working in a booth at this moment.

There is Barbara - keeping things going - the definition of dedication.

Everybody is getting ready under the big tent for some live entertainment.

Father Joe is looking tired. They had him working in the Filipino booth most of the time.

"Hey, Brian we need more pull tabs"

What festival would be complete without its own golf course?

The good ol' milk can game.

My kids won a bottle of soda here. Fun game, but they brought me regular - I only drink diet.

Our replacements at the "line a line" both. Were in good hands with Carol.

This is raffle central. I won tickets to the zoo and a Starbucks card. Can always use the coffee.

This is the end of Saturday. Can you say "exhaustion."

The wife is on camera here, I am battling my kids in "Water Wars"

The kids are trying to fight back, but you can see they are soaked. Needless to say, I won.

Without this man's efforts week in and week out, I am not sure the festival would have happened.

I do not think there is a parish in the country that could have a festival without the Italian booth. The homemade cannoli was awesome.

Hey pizza ladies... do you deliver?
